(梳邦27日訊)美少女患癌!
20歲美少女李詩嫣患上急性血癌,通過面子書(Facebook)求助,以期籌募50萬令吉醫藥費。
雙十年華原本是織夢年齡,還有很漫長路要走,可是來自雪州巴生的李詩嫣卻在今年初,因為牙痛而到醫院檢查時,始發現患上急性血癌。
詩嫣于今年初面對牙齒問題的困擾,媽媽張桂寶原以為是因為熱氣而不以為意,可是由于詩嫣牙痛多天未退,所以家人就送她到牙醫診所。
詩嫣根據牙醫指示服藥,可是牙痛問題越來越嚴重,臉頰也開始紅腫,並在本月3日幾乎暈倒。
家人發現事態嚴重后,便把她送到醫院檢查;醫生檢驗后發現詩嫣血液有問題。
李媽媽說:“醫生說詩嫣症狀有點像骨痛熱症,必須抽骨髓檢驗...可是丈夫李亞龍(羅厘司機)見到女兒這么纖瘦,因此不捨得讓她受苦抽骨髓檢驗,所以拒絕醫生。”
“我們以為女兒只是牙痛,從來沒想過會是這么嚴重。她較后動了牙科手術,可是2天后出院回家時,還是一直發燒...我們看了醫生,也拜過神,可是她的情況一直都沒改善。”
李詩嫣在家人帶她去神廟拜神時,一度暈倒,家人再度送她到醫院檢驗,而這次的結果,令其家人一時難以接受。
“梳邦再也醫藥中心醫生初步檢查后,告知我們詩嫣很大可能是患上血癌,當時我們真的很難接受...過后,醫生為詩嫣進行骨髓檢驗,證實她患上癌,而且是急性血癌。”
醫生勸告詩嫣必須立刻化療,否則一個月內會有生命危險。
目前,詩嫣正在第一階段的化療,在療程中出現身體對抗癌藥物排斥的情況,時常嘔吐及暈眩。
療程辛苦‧新年快到
李詩嫣最想回家
“我想要回家...最想要快快回家...”
李詩嫣現在最想做的事,就是回家,這對一般人來說可能是再簡單不過,可是對于正接受化療的詩嫣而言,卻有一定的難度。
農曆新年就快到來,詩嫣想要回家的心情更甚,就像其他雙十年華的少女般,她也希望可以像往年般,買幾件新衣過年,然后在春節期間到親戚家拜年。
“詩嫣現在新衣都還沒有買...而且我也不能外,所以今年新年不能去拜年了。”
由于是家中獨生女,詩嫣自小倍受父母寵愛,長得清秀可人的她非常懂事,不希望本身的醫藥費問題困擾父母,而希望早日出院。
詩嫣在家中排行老二,有一名哥哥和弟弟,李媽媽張桂寶說,詩嫣小時候白白胖胖,很討人喜歡。
“沒有人會想到原本以為簡單的牙痛問題,可是經過檢查后,卻發現是患上了血癌。”
張桂寶說,詩嫣現在難以進食,每次吃東西都會嘔吐,看了令人心疼。
“她一直嚷著要回家,而且覺得療程很辛苦...我們只能鼓勵她堅強,我告訴她:我們要你化療,就是希望你日后還能一直陪在爸爸媽媽身邊。”
有時候,看著女兒因為受到病痛之苦而哭,張桂寶也會忍不住哭起來,可是丈夫李亞龍則認為,要鼓勵女兒堅強,所以無論如何都不應掉淚。
骨髓無法正常造血
血癌(Leukemia)大致可分慢性及急性,急性血癌主要因患者白血細胞異常,骨髓無法正常造血,影響紅血球、白血球及血小板功能,分別導致貧血、感染及流血不止情況。患者初期會流牙血、出現皮下瘀斑及發燒。
急性血癌患者最致命的是感染細菌,因患者骨髓無法製造正常白血球作出抵禦,容易導致細菌入血;對正常人微不足道的真菌及發霉菌,也足以致命,而血小板過低也可令患者流血不止。
若急性血癌患者出現流牙血、發燒,其實骨髓功能已經變差。
現時治療方法主要是化療及骨髓移植,但由于急性血癌患者的白血球數目太少,甚至因化療后白血球處于極低水平,病人很容易受到細菌感染,併發各種如敗血、肺炎等嚴重感染,往往也是致命原因。
